Does cyclone affect shade sails?
All shades sail should be removed if exposed to gust of wind more than 60km/h. During first installation, our technical team will explain how to remove the shade sail. Easily done by the turnbuckles attachment.
We also offer a maintenance contract and a cyclone clause is included.
Can I install my own shade sail pole?
Unless you are a job contractor, you should not try to do the masonry/metal work on your own. Your shade sail will be used for several years and there will be a great amount of stress on the poles. An incorrect digging depth and pole size will result in damaging your structure.
Under special request, this can be done under our supervision.
An experience technician will know how to eliminate sagging and looseness for optimal performance.
Does Shade sail need a frame?
Being customizable, our shade sail or waterproof shade sail is frameless. This is the beauty of the product itself.
During the survey our team will advise and check the possible anchor points available. The shade sail will need one or several pole depending of the design.
What are the Different Types of Shading Solutions?
Standard Shade Sails (Sun shade Sails)
The shade sail knitted fabric construction is designed to handle light rain only. Everything will get wet during a heavy rain.
Waterproof Shade Sails
Waterproof shade sails are an outstanding option as they not only protect you from harmful UV rays but also keep your outdoor living area dry when it rains.
Is shade sail covered by a warranty?
UV degradation – 5-year warranty
Sewing perimeter – 2-year warranty
What is not Covered by the warranty?
Damaged to the Shade fabric, Structural attachments and their Accessories.
